Yael Gerenstein, PA-C

Passionate about aesthetic medicine since her early studies, Yael graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2010 with honors. She has been trained by some of the top injectors in the country and is skilled in the latest aesthetic treatments. Yael continues to expand her knowledge and training by attending several medical aesthetic conferences yearly to provide the best care for her patients. Her approach to beautification is very subtle, which allows her patients to look like the best version of themselves, and always natural. Her gentle touch and kind bedside manner allow her patients to feel safe and confident on the treatment chair.

Esther Glabman, Licensed Esthetician

Esti is a medical aesthetician originally from Los Angeles and now licensed in both California and Florida. She became very passionate about skincare after struggling for many years with severe acne herself. She later decided to pursue a career in aesthetics to help others achieve their goals and feel confident in their own skin. Esti has three years of hands on experience and a wealth of knowledge which she continues to expand to provide the most advanced treatments for her clients. Along with her results-driven approach, she brings along a spa-like experience with her healing touch and rejuvenating massage. Esti focuses one-on-one with each individual client to tailor a customized plan that leaves you feeling, relaxed, renewed and glowing from the inside out.

Daniela Pestana, Laser Technician

My name is Daniela Pestana, I specialize in Laser Hair Removal. I have been in my profession for 4 years, and it makes me very happy to see the faces of my clients when they finally achieve the results they were hoping for. I strive with each one 100% so that they feel confident and secure in my hands and my knowledge. In my free time, I LOVE to eat, and that’s why I dedicate myself to trying foods from different cultures.

Natalie Leeds, Office Manager

H! I’m Natalie, and my journey into the aesthetics field began early on in life when I developed a passion for skincare and beauty. This interest only grew stronger during my first job in dermatology. Despite completing nursing school and receiving my license I found myself unfulfilled in the nursing role and never stopped thinking about returning to the aesthetics field.
I eventually obtained my esthetician license and decided to combine my love for aesthetics with my passion for customer service, which led me to become the office manager at Glow Medspa. Originally from New York, I spent every summer in Poland visiting family and I hold a deep connection to my Polish roots.
In the office, you’ll often find me with a smile, ready to assist each of our beautiful clients. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our English bulldog, Gnocchi.

Ricardo Gerenstein, MD

Dr. Ricardo Gerenstein brings over five decades of medical expertise to our team as the Medical Director of Glow Medspa. With a distinguished career spanning since 1974, Dr. Gerenstein has dedicated his professional life to enhancing patient well-being through his comprehensive medical knowledge.
Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Gerenstein has amassed extensive experience in various medical specialties, including anesthesia, cardiac anesthesia, and pain management. In recent years, his focus has expanded to encompass the realms of wellness and aesthetic procedures, where he continues to excel and innovate.
Dr. Gerenstein’s commitment to patient care is matched only by his passion for staying at the forefront of medical advancements. His compassionate approach and dedication to excellence have earned him the trust and respect of both patients and peers alike.
As our Medical Director, Dr. Gerenstein ensures that Glow Medspa delivers the highest standard of care, blending medical expertise with cutting-edge techniques to help our patients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals safely and effectively.
